What we collect
We collect your email address for authentication, and the property data you choose to enter (URLs, prices, notes, scores, and viewing details). Photos you upload are stored securely.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the Proper service — storing your property list, preferences, and viewing schedule. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Google OAuth for optional sign-in. These services have their own privacy policies.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleting individual properties removes them immediately.
